Our homes are certified by environmental agencies including:

• Built Green, Level 4 or 5 (5 being the highest)
• Energy Star Certified
• NAHB Green Building Standard
• Department of Energy's Building America program

A good house with a handful of good products doesn't make your house green and energy efficient. To achieve a truly high efficiency home that raises the bar on performance, health and comfort...you have to choose the right system.

We have a system of products that work together in each one of our homes to make sure that your home is:

• Air tight
• Reduces thermal bridging
• Higher R-Values

And we've gone out of our way to ensure that extensive third-party testing has been conducted on our green building construction methods. Although certifying is optional, we want to verfy the quality of every home we build. In fact, Washington State University's independent study predicts that our homes require 60-70% less fuel consumption than the amount you would use in an ordinary house.
